Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo zjistit názory zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku a zjistit, co pracovníky nejvíce motivuje. Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si vybrala firmu Edscha Bohemia s. r. o. v Kamenici nad Lipou, kde budu provádět dotazníkové šetření a následně rozhovor s hlavní personalistkou.
