Games aimed at working with aggression of children in kindergarten

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou agresivity dětí předškolního věku a jejího zmírnění. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů agrese, agresivity a dětské agresivity, jsou zde popisována specifika předškolního věku, pojem hra a jak si děti hrají, a také hodnotící modely v pedagogice, z nichž jeden z nich je užíván k realizaci praktické části. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, která z vybraných her pro usměrňování agresivity by mohla být nejvhodnější pro děti ve věku od 5 do 6 let. V rámci hodnocení je použit Kirkpatrickův hodnotící model na prvních dvou úrovních. Práce dále popisuje výhody i nevýhody využití tohoto modelu pro hodnocení her.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with aggression of preschool children and its reduction. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of aggression, aggressiveness, children?s aggression; it describes specifics of preschool age, the concept of game and how children engage in games, as well as evaluatio nmodels in education, one of which is applied in realization of the practical part of the thesis. The aim of the practical part is to determine which one of the pre-selected games could be deemed the most appropriate for children aged 5 to 6 years. The first two levels of the Kirkpatrick?s training evaluation model are used as an evaluation method. Furthermore, the thesis describes advantages and disadvantages of using this model for evaluating games.
