Abstract:
V této práci jsou vysvětleny základní termíny motivace. Jsou zde zahrnuty motivační techniky zaměstnavatelů a motivační faktory zaměstnanců. V další části jsou představeny vybrané gastronomické podniky, ve kterých je zkoumána motivace zaměstnanců k práci a dopad pandemie koronaviru na chod celého podniku. Nakonec je vyhodnocen dotazník, který byl rozdán mezi zaměstnance zmíněných podniků.
