Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou poškození a oběti trestných činů. V úvodu práce se věnuji základním pojmům spadajícím do této problematiky. Následně svou práci směřuji na konkrétní oběti specifických trestných činů jako jsou oběti znásilnění nebo oběti domácího násilí. Abstract:
The topic of my bachelor thesis is victims of crime. In the introduction of the thesis I deal with the basic concepts related to this topic. I then direct my thesis to specific victims of specific crimes, such as victims of rape or victims of domestic violence. In the final chapters, I address the stated aim of the thesis, i.e., how to assist victims and survivors of crime and describe their basic …more
