Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout náhled na podnikání českého subjektu v právních podmínkách USA. Stěžejní oblastí této práce je problematika obchodních společností v USA. Práce poskytuje přehled o možnostech českého subjektu na trhu USA z právního hlediska, které se této problematiky týkají.
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is to provide a general overview of the market in the United States from the perspective of czech person. This thesis is focus on type of the companies and how to set up the company in the USA, which will be built on legal base, and the author's practical experience.
