Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout několik metod pro řízení zásob zemědělských podniků za účelem minimalizace nákladů na skladování a doplňování zásob. Byly hodnoceny tyto metody pro řízení zásob: metoda ABC, metoda JIT, konsignační sklady, outsourcing ve skladování a metoda Kanban. The aim of this work was to propose several methods for managing the inventory of agricultural enterprises in order to minimize the costs of storage and replenishment.
