Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta, po stabilizaci páteře Stabilizace páteře je operační zákrok, díky kterému dochází ke zpevnění deformované části. Například úrazem, degenerativním či jiným závažným onemocněním pohybového aparátu. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu a názorného vytvoření plánu péče u pacienta po stabilizaci bederní páteře, který vychází z Ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-I Taxonomie II, vztahující se k určitému pacientovi. Teoretická část práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole je představena základní anatomie páteře a míchy. Druhá kapitola popisuje příčiny vedoucí k destabilizaci páteře. Třetí kapitola se zabývá zobrazovacími metodami a možností stabilizace různých části páteře. Poslední kapitolu teoretické části tvoří předoperační a pooperační péče o pacienta. V praktické části práce, je vypracován ošetřovatelský proces u konkrétního pacienta, který podstoupil stabilizaci páteře. U tohoto pacienta jsou stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy a plány péče za pomocí odebrané anamnézy dle NANDA-I taxonomie II. Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on Nursing Care Process for patient, who was made an operation called spine stabilization. Spine stabilization is a surgical procedure with the help of which a given section of the damaged spine is strengthened. The spine can be damaged by degenerative or other serious disease and injury. The aim of this bachelor thesis is create the Nursing Care process and nursing care plan for patient, who has after spine lumbar stabilization. The nursing care plan presents diagnosis, which are determined using NANDA -I taxonomy II. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. In the first chapter is presented the basic spine and spinal cord anatomy. The second chapter describes the causes leading to destabilization of the spine. The third chapter deals with displaying methods and options of spine stabilization. The final section of the theoretical part includes preoperative and postoperative care about patients. In the practical part of the thesis is described the the Nursing Care process and nursing care plan for patient, who was made the spine stabilization. At this specific patient were presented diagnosis, which are determined using NANDA - I taxonomy II.
