Modern methods in neglect syndrome therapy
Abstract:
Neglect syndróm je porucha pozornosti, vnímania a orientácie v jednej polovici priestoru, spravidla vľavo. Základom terapie je stimulácia postihnutej strany - čo najviac podnetov by malo byť exponovaných v neglectovanom priestore a stimulácii na "zdravej" strane sa naopak snažíme vyhýbať. Abstract:
Neglect syndrome is disorder of attention, perception and orientation in one half of the space, usually on the left. The basis of therapy is stimulation of the affected side - as many stimuli as possible should be exposed in a neglected side of space and on the contrary we try to avoid stimulation on the "healthy" side.
