Abstract:

V Diplomové práci ,,Specifická kondiční cvičení v úpolových systémech’’ naleznete popis jednotlivých věkových a vývojových zákonitostí člověka. Následný popis všech kondičních schopností, jejich rozvoj a aplikaci v úpolových systémech. U každé kondiční schopnosti zmiňujeme její metody rozvoje a důležitost v úpolech. Dále zde můžete najít popis fyziologických projevů, funkční a metabolickou c harakteristiku, které ovlivňují cvičení v úpolových systémech. V poslední části práce jsou uvedena a popsána jednotlivá specifická kondiční cvičení, kde naleznete jejich stručný popis, časté chyby a cíl cvičení. Všechny cviky jsou systematicky uspořádány v tabulce a zaznamenány na videozáznam. T abulka i videozáznam jsou přílohou k práci.

Abstract:

In this thesis, „Specific conditioning in combative systems'' you will find a description of individual age and developmental patterns of man. The subsequent description of all conditioning abilities, their development and their application in combat systems. We mention the ability of development and its importance within combatives for each method. The next you can also find is a description of physiological symptoms, functional and metabolic characteristics that influence exercise in combative systems. The last part lists and describes each specific conditioning exercise. You can find a brief description here, errors and a target for training. All exercises are recorded on video, which serves as a supplement to work.
