Tato bakalářská práce je věnována účinkům dvou kandidátních genů a následným změnám ve funkčnosti vybraných svalových partií po podstoupení tréninkové a nutriční intervence. V rámci práce byl vybrán soubor 30 mužů, u kterých byly analyzovány jednotlivé genotypy. Dále byla naměřena data pomocí izokinetického dynamometru a vyplněny dotazníky antropometrických parametrů. Presented bachelor's thesis is focused on study of the impact of two candidate genes and consequent changes in functionality of chosen muscle groups after training and nutrition intervention. In the scope of the thesis, genotypes of 30 men were analyzed. Data were recorded by the isokinetic dynamometer and questionnares with anthropometric parameters were filled in.
