Beta diversity of mining insects of temperate forest ecosystem.

Abstract:

Předložená práce měla za cíl vytvořit literární přehled o ekologii a diverzitě minujícího hmyzu žijícího v temperátní oblasti. Dále pak získat materiál tohoto hmyzu z oblasti Poodří a zjistit druhové spektrum na vybraných stromech. Za třetí poté nastínit rozdíly v diverzitě min z Poodří porovnáním s daty získanými ve stejném roce z jižnější části ČR, z Lanžhota. Výzkum v Poodří probíhal od června do konce srpna roku 2014 a zjištěno bylo celkem 30 druhů minujícího hmyzu, z toho 28 druhů na okraji lesa a 24 uvnitř a celkově nejvíce druhů bylo zjištěno na druhu stromu Quercus robur. Při porovnání Poodří s Lanžhotem byl poté Lanžhot určen jako lokalita s pestřejším druhovým spektrem minerů a to zvláště v případě jeho vrchního stromového patra.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to create a literary review of ecology and the diversity of leaf mining insects living in the temperate zone. The second aim was to collect material of this insects from the Poodří area and determine the spectrum of species on selected trees. The third aim was to outline the differences in diversity of the mines from Poodří by comparing it with the data collected the same year in the southernmost part of the Czech Republic, Lanžhot. The research in Poodří was conducted between June and August 2014, and the total of 30 species of leaf mining insects were detected, out of which 28 were found on the edge of the forest and 24 inside the forest, with the most species overall being found on Quercus robur. The comparison of the Poodří and Lanžhot areas showed that Lanžhot is the location with the more diverse spectre of species, especially in the case of the Lanžhot top canopy level.
