The cost of the removal of environmental burdens - additional waterproofing masonry

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce poslouží na porovnání druhů metod a dále jako podklad pro vhodný návrh na zajištění snížení vlhkosti zdiva v objektu. Po vypracování literární rešerše bylo ke sběru dat využito odborných knih, konzultace s vedoucím práce a také rozhovor s odborníkem Ing. arch. Jiřím Oplem, který má zkušenosti s návrhem a prováděním sanačních prací. Především bylo stanoveno, jaká dodatečná hydroizolace zdiva je pro určitý typ objektu nejvhodnější. Pro větší názornost a zdůraznění odlišností byly použity tři různé typy objektů. Dále byly vypracovány výkresové návrhy těchto hydroizolací. Nejprve je popsáno o jaký typ objektu se jedná. U prvního objektu bylo důkladně popsáno, jaký je postup práce každé metody. Poté bylo provedeno vypočtení celkových nákladů na dodatečnou hydroizolaci zdiva objektu. Rozhodnutí je provedeno na základě kladů a záporů jednotlivých metod, včetně jejich omezení na určité typy zdiva a jejich tloušťky, které by mohly značně ztížit práci. Druhým kritériem v rozhodování je porovnání výsledných nákladů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis will be used for comparison of several kinds of methods and as the base for a suitable proposal to ensure the reduction of moisture of masonry in the building. After developing a literature review I collected data from specialist books, consulted them with the supervisor and then prepared an interview with an expert Ing. Arch. Jiří Opl, who is fully qualified and has experience in proposal and realization of redevelopment work. Primarily, it was determined which additional waterproofing for a particular object type would be the most suitable. 3 types of objects were used for clarity and highlighting the differences. Then the drawings of insulation proposal were developed. Firstly, I described the type of the building and work progress in the implementation of each method. After it I calculated the total cost of additional waterproofing of the masonry in this building. For a given solution, I decided on the basis of the pros and cons of different methods, including restrictions on certain types of masonry and their thicknesses, which could make the work very hard and complicated. The second criterion in deciding is the comparison of the resulting costs.
