"Nutná obrana (komparace se zahraniční právní úpravou)". V diplomové práci se zabývám tématem nutné obrany, a to rozborem jejích podmínek, teoretickým zdůvodněním a praktickými případy. Práce se skládá ze sedmi kapitol. V první kapitole vymezuji podstatu institutu nutné obrany. Druhá kapitola pojednává ve stručnosti o historickém vývoji. Necessary defence (comparison with foreign legislation). This diploma thesis focuses on the topic of necessary defence, namely an analysis of its conditions, theoretical reasoning and practical examples. The thesis consists of seven chapters.
