Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá výchovnými problémy dětí umístěných do dětského domova a možnostmi vychovatele při jejich řešení. Cílem práce je ukázat s jakými nejčastějšími výchovnými problémy se vychovatelé v praxi setkávají a možnosti vychovatelů při jejich řešení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části je záměrem přiblížit jednotlivé výchovné problémy. První kapitola bude stručně vymezovat pojem rodina a druhy nevhodného zacházení s dětmi. Ve druhé kapitole se práce bude zabývat ústavní výchovou, konkrétně funkcí dětského domova, úlohou vychovatele, jednotlivými výchovnými problémy v různých věkových kategoriích a možnostmi vychovatele při jejich řešení. Závěrem teoretické části se zaměřím na možná rizika a dopady při řešení výchovných problémů. V praktické části bych chtěla na základě třech kazuistik ukázat, jaké příčiny jsou při odebrání dítěte z rodiny do dětského domova, jak se děti vyrovnávají s novým prostředím, začleněním mezi ostatní děti a (ne)přizpůsobení se výchovnému režimu. Popíši jejich konkrétní výchovný problém a možnosti vychovatele při jejich řešení.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with the educational problems of children placed in an orphanage and the possibilities of solving them. The aim of the work is to show what are the most common educational problems educators encounter in practice and the possibilities of solving them. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part ist the intention, to approach the individual educational problems. The first chapter will briefly define the concept of family and types of inappropriate treatment of children. In the second chapter, the work will deal with institutional education, specifically the function of the orphanage, the role of the educator, individual educational problems in different age categories and the possibilities of the educator in solving them. The end of the theoretical part, deals with possible risks and impacts in solving educational problems. In the practical part, I would like to show, based on three case studies, what are the reasons for taking a child from the family to the children's home. How children cope with the new environment, integration among other children and (non) adaptation to the educational regime. I will describe their specific educational problem and the possibilities of solving them.
