Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zadlužení (předlužení) populace České republiky a s tím spojené vymáhání pohledávek, jejím cílem je zefektivnění tohoto procesu. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of indebtedness (over-indebtedness) of the population of the Czech Republic and related debt collection, its aim is to streamline this process.
