Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza realitního trhu v České republice v aktuálních podmínkách. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení vývoje cen nemovitostí, úrokových sazeb a množství výstavby bytů na realitním trhu v minulosti, a to v období let 2019 až 2021.
