Abstract:
Úkolem této diplomové práce je podat celkový obraz o rozšíření mlynářské živnosti na Litomyšlském panství v letech 1650- 1800.Studie se zabývá dějinami mlynářství, českým mlýnem v 17. - 18. století, cechem mlynářů v Litomyšli a konkrétními osudy mlýnů na zámeckém a městském panství.
Abstract:
The task of this thesis is to give an overall picture of the extension of the mill trades on the Litomyšl estate in the years 1650 - 1800. The study represents the mill trade as one of the basic food crafts, aimed at Czech Mill in the 17th and 18th century650 to 1800, at the millers{\crq} guild of Litomyšl. The most extensive part of the study deals with the mills on the Town and Castle-estate.
