Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na posouzení, zdali je výměna informací ve vertikálních obchodních vztazích přípustná a za jakých podmínek. Unifikované evropské hmotné soutěžní právo a relevantní rozhodovací praxe evropských soutěžních úřadů slouží jako východisko pro toto posouzení. The master's thesis is aimed on the assessment whether exchange of information in vertical business relationships is permitted and if so under what conditions. This is done by an analysis of unified substantive competition law and relevant decisions of European competition offices.
