Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plísní. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována klasickým metodám průkazu a molekulárně biologickým metodám identifikace, které hrají v současnosti stále větší roli.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with problematic of fungi. Subject of greater focus is classic method of demonstration and molecular biological method of identification, which play more significant role in nowdays.
