V tejto práci sú analyzované vybrané finančné riziká a možnosť ich eliminácie pomocou využitia finančných derivátov. Je zameraná na návrh riešenia situácie v podniku, ktorá je spojená s úrokovým a menovým rizikom. Práca je obsahovo rozdelená do troch kapitol.
