Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro startup jménem Uniseeker. Podnikatelský záměr spočívá ve vybudování globální platformy pro studenty, kteří hledají univerzitu v zahraničí. Teoretická část je věnována tvorbě podnikatelského plánu s důrazem na tvorbu podnikatelského modelu a dále ověřování předpokladů, se kterými podnikatel do projektu vstupuje. V praktické části je zpracován samotný plán, jehož součástí je také podnikatelský model vytvořený pomocí nástroje Lean Canvas. Práce je dále zaměřena na analýzu trhu, velký důraz je kladen na analýzu problémů a potřeb potenciálních uživatelů a zákazníků. Výsledky průzkumu jsou součástí práce, stejně tak data o studentské migraci ve světě.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for a startup called Uniseeker. The plan is to create a global platform, which helps students to find the right university abroad. The theoretical part describes processing of the business plan, with a focus on creating a business model and validating entrepreneur´s hypotheses. The practical part contains the business plan using Lean Canvas tool for creation of business model. Furthermore, the practical part deals with a market analysis, which is mainly oriented on problems and needs of potential users and customers. Results of the survey are included as well as data of student migration in the world.
