Nutrition of Children in the Prevention and Treatment of Food Allergies
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá potravinovou alergií u dětí, jejím výskytem, prevencí, léčbou a možnostmi výživy u jednotlivých druhů alergií. Jsou zde popsány dvě nejčastější alergie u dětí, alergie na bílkovinu kravského mléka a alergie na lepek.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with food allergies in children, its incidence, prevention, treatment and options for individua types of food allergies. There are two common highlighted allergy in children allergic to cow´s milk and allergy to gluten.
