Assumptions and forms of business in the Slovak republic

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to bring a short insight of the objective and subjective assumptions of business and forms of business in the Slovak republic. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter defines the basic terms and conditions of business with the potential risks of the business. This definition is importat for smoother penetration into the next chapter, in which affects individual companies and also the cooperative. The last part of second chapter gives a period for theoretical part and describes the most common forms of business which do not have a legal personality and multinational companies. Analytical part approximate future founders of the trade business or already starting entrepreneurs who apply for public benefits to business support. Like a form of a survey has choosen questionnaire method. This questionnaire introduce what aspects are important in establishing trade business and assess the main barriers of business in Slovakia based on the answers given sample of respondents. The final section is composed of conclusions and proposed recommendations.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je priniesť stručný pohľad o objektívnych a subjektívnych predpokladoch podnikania a formách podnikania v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. Teoretická časť je rozdelená na dve kapitoly. Prvá kapitola definuje základné pojmy a predpoklady podnikania spolu s možnými rizikami, ktoré vznikajú pri podnikaní. Toto vymedzenie je nevyhnutné na plynulejší prienik do ďalšej kapitoly, ktorá sa dotýka jednotlivých obchodných spoločností a tak isto aj družstva. Posledná časť druhej kapitoly dáva bodku za teoretickým celkom a popisuje najčastejšie formy podnikania bez právnej subjektivity a nadnárodné spoločnosti. Analytická časť približuje informovanosť budúcich zakladateľov živnostenského podnikania, respektíve už začínajúcich živnostníkov, ktorí žiadajú o štátny príspevok na podporu podnikania. Ako forma prieskumu je volená dotazníková forma, ktorá hodnotí aké aspekty sú dôležité pri zakladaní živnosti. Ďalej poukazuje aj na hlavné bariéry podnikania na Slovensku. V záverečnej časti sú závery a navrhované odporúčania.
