Abstract:
Lipidové složky výživy jako jsou vysoce nenasycené mastné kyseliny (VNMK) a butyrát (NaBt) mohou významným způsobem ovlivňovat cytokinetiku epiteliálních buněk tlustého střeva jak samostatně, tak ve vzájemné interakci. Abstract:
Dietary lipids such as polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and butyrate (NaBt) can significantly influence cytokinetics of colon epithelial cells either as single agents or in combination. Activation of PPARgamma, NFkappaB and SREBP transcription factors (TF) plays an important role in induction of differentiation and apoptosis of colonic cells.
