Abstract:
Tématem práce je manželství, registrované partnerství a majetek. Cílem práce je od-povědět na otázku, zda je česká legislativa v oblasti manželských svazků a registrovaného partnerství dostačující a efektivní. The diploma thesis focuses on marriage, registered partnership and property. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question whether the Czech legislation on marriages and registered partnerships is sufficient and effective.
