Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá príslušenstvom pohľadávky v obchodných a občianskych záväzkových vzťahoch. Zostavená je z troch kapitol, ktoré sú rozčlenené na niekoľko ďalších podkapitol. Prvá kapitola vymedzuje pohľadávku, jej typy a splatnosť, charakteristiku záväzkových vzťahov, právne dôsledky omeškania dlžníka a veriteľa a taktiež komparáciu úrokov z omeškania a zmluvnej pokuty.
