Abstract:
Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je praktický umělecký výkon, který se opírá o téma světla a stínu. Jedná se o autorské zpracování ilustrací ke knize Peter Schlemihls wundersame Geschichte od spisovatele Adelberta von Chamisso. Ilustrace jsou dotvářeny hrou světla a stínu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na pojetí světla a stínu v různých historických etapách, od starověku po současnost. Součástí je i kapitola …more

The main goal of this thesis is to present a theoretical background for the practical part of the diploma thesis. The key topic of the thesis is that of light and shade in book illustrations. This thesis presents the author’s illustrations for Adelbert von Chamisso’s Peter Schlemihls wundersame Geschichte.
