Vocabulary related to finding of law in the Attic Greek dialect

Abstract:

Práce analyzuje sémantickou strukturu slov používaných v attičtině k označování procesně-právních pojmů. Obsahuje seznam vybraných lemmat sestavený na základě vlastní četby a rešerše ve slovnících. Zabývá se otázkou, zda lemma označuje pojem z oblasti procesního práva, hmotného práva, pojem mimoprávní či zda je lemma polysémní. Práce dále obsahuje podrobný heslář strukturovaný podle právního významu jednotlivých lemmat.

Abstract:

The thesis analyses semantic structure of words used in the Attic Greek dialect denoting notions belonging to to the branch of procedural law. It includes a list of excerpted lemmata, based on the thesis’ author’s own reading and research of dictionnaries. It deals with the question whether the lemma denotes a notion appertaining to the area of adjective law, substantial law, to the extralegal area or whether it is polysemic. The thesis also includes a detailed glossary structured according to the legal meaning of particular lemmata
