Signální dráha TOR v kvasinkách

TOR Signalling Pathway in Yeast
Abstract:
Tato práce je věnovaná studiu signální dráhy TOR. Nejprve se zabývá strukturou a funkcí signální dráhy mTOR u savců, kde byla nejlépe prostudována. Pak se zaměřuje na kvasinky, jejich funkci a využití a v poslední části se zaobírá funkcí TOR přímo v kvasinkách.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the TOR signalling pathway. In the first part, it is focused on the structure and function of the TOR signalling pathway of mammals, which represents the most examined one. The next chapter describes the yeasts, their function and use. The end of this thesis contains the function of the TOR in the yeasts themselves.
