Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo optimalizovat detekci enzymu myeloperoxidasy z lidské plasmy pomocí metody ELISA. Experimentálně byly testovány vybrané složky ELISA metody. Nejprve byl určen vhodný typ „capture antibody“, dále byly stanoveny optimální koncentrace všech dalších použitých protilátek a současně bylo nalezeno vhodné ředění vzorků. Abstract:
The aim of this study was to optimalize a detection of myeloperoxidase in human plasma samples using ELISA. Selected components of the ELISA reaction were tested. Optimal type of capture antibody and specific concentrations of all used antibodies as well as specific sample dilution were defined based on obtained data..
