Cílem této bakalářské práce je definovat termín payola, sledovat změny v této praktice v návaznosti na inovaci médií a analyzovat legislativní proces zabývající se otázkou pay-to-pay praktiky. Text následuje vývoj této praxe, a to od prvopočátku rádiového vysílání, přes problematiku nezávislých promotérů a skandál společnosti Sony BMG v roce 2005, až po současný svět streamingu. This bachelor thesis aims to define the term payola, to follow the changes in this method in connection with media innovation and to analyze the legislative process dealing with the issue of pay-to-pay practice.
