Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám průzkumem estetického potenciálu chemických substancí, které jsou běžně užívány jako ingredience, přísady, tekutiny či dochucovadla v kuchyňském prostředí. Práce přímo navazuje na experimenty se solí a cukrem, kterým jsem se věnovala určité období. My bachelor thesis deals with the research of aesthetic potential of chemical substances that are commonly used as ingredients, additives, liquids flavorings or in a kitchen environment. The work is directly linked to experiments with salt and sugar, in which I was engaged for a certain period.
