Tato diplomová práce se zabývá discgolfem jako moderní pohybovou aktivitou, kterou představuje. Teoretická část je věnována definicím, dělení a typům monitorování pohybové aktivity, stejně jako doporučením k provádění pohybové aktivity, ale i discgolfu samotnému. This diploma thesis introduces Disc Golf as a modern physical activity. The theoretical part covers physical activity (its definitions, types, possibilities of field-based monitoring of physical activity and recommendations for physical activity) and Disc Golf itself.
