Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to show how a multidisciplinary work with the involvement of therapeutic yoga in a rehabilitation path for problems of low back pain and chronic lumbosciatica with relapses even after the operation of miscrodiscectomy, can improve not only recovery and maintenance from a physical point of view. , but from a psychological point of view, by reducing the risk of relapse, you will be able to undertake at Yellow Flags and lead the patient, in addition to being able to be psychologically enabled as a result, to a path that can also be autonomous when the path can also be considered concluded.

Abstract:

L'obiettivo di questa tesi ? mostrare come un lavoro multidisciplinare con il coinvolgimento dello yoga terapeutico in un percorso riabilitativo per problematiche di lombalgia e lombosciatalgia cronica con recidive, anche post operazione di miscrodiscectomia, possa migliorare non solo il recupero e il mantenimento da un punto di vista fisico, ma anche dal punto di vista psicologico riducendo il rischio di ricadute dovute a Yellow Flags, e portando il paziente, oltre che ad una migliore compliance, anche ad intraprendere una strada che possa perseguire autonomamente quando il percorso riabilitativo sar? concluso.
