Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Organizování a zajišťování gastronomických akcí“ se zaměřuje na pořádání konferenční akce v hotelu. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku týkající se kompletní realizace akce od první poptávky, přes plánování až po závěrečné vyúčtování a poté její komparace s jinou akcí.
Abstract:
Bachelor dissertation „Organizing and providing gastronomic events” focuses on organizing conference events at the hotel. The aim of the bachelor dissertation is to describe complete process of providing the event, from the first inquiry, through planning to the final billing and then its comparison with another event.
