Tato práce se zabývá především vztahem mezi osobnostními charakteristikami (extraverze, introverze, smysly, intuice, myšlení, cítění, rozhodování, vnímání) a psychologickou smlouvou pracovníků (tj. vnímané závazky organizace a zaměstnance). This study is focused on relationship between selected personal characteristics (extraversion, introversion, senses, intuition, thinking, feeling, judging, perceiving) and psychological contract (the perceived commitments of organization and employee).
