Tato diplomová práce popisuje logistické systémy v německy mluvících zemích, tak jak jsou prezentovány v německy mluvící literatuře posledních deset let. Pojednává o jednotlivých logistických procesech od pořízení materiálu až po distribuci výrobků, včetně reverzní logistiky. Praktická část popisuje zefektivnění distribučních kanálů konkrétní firmy.
