Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou projektů a jejich řízením. Zaměřuje se na jednotlivé kroky řízení projektu. Cílem je identifikovat faktory, které mají vliv na úspěšnost projektu. Součástí práce je popis řízení konkrétního projektu zavedení systému zlepšovacích návrhů a doporučení pro praxi.
Abstract:
The topic of the thesis concerns with the issues connected with projects and its management. It focuses on phases of project management. The aim is to identify factors, which affecting project success. Part of this work is the description of particular project - introduction of improvement system and the practise proposal.
