Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Lean managementu, konkrétně využitím jedné z nejčastěji využívaných metod, a to jest Mapování hodnotového toku (VSM). The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of Lean management, specifically the use of one of the most frequently mentioned methods, namely Value Stream Mapping (VSM). In the first part of the work, the basic terms associated with lean management and the Value Stream Mapping method are defined.
