Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením koncentrace stavů částic, kterými jsou atomy a ionty titanu a následným určením závislosti vývoje těchto koncentrací na výkonu výboje pomocí aplikace metody cavity ring-down spektroskopie (CRDS). V teoretické části práce je nejprve pojednáno o aktuálním stavu problematiky v oblasti magnetronového naprašování, průmyslových laserů a jejich využití v rámci CRDS. Krátce jsou zmíněny příklady dalších metod pro měření koncentrace stavů atomů a molekul. V rámci praktické části práce bylo provedeno měření hustoty koncentrace stavů titanových atomů a iontů příslušných multipletům obsahujících základní stav systémem CRDS v magnetronovém výboji pro naprašování vrstev. Jako zdroj záření byl v systému použit laditelný barvivový laser. Data získaná z realizovaných měření byla zpracována, vyhodnocena a byl proveden výpočet koncentrace stavů částic s následným grafickým stanovením závislosti této koncentrace na výkonu výboje. Výsledky této práce budou využívány v dalším výzkumu v oblasti magnetronového naprašování.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the determination of the particle state concentrations of titanium atoms and ions. The development of these concentrations on the power of the discharge is determined using the cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CRDS) method. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the current state of the art in the field of the magnetron sputtering, industrial lasers and their application in CRDS. Examples of other methods for measuring the atom and molecule concentrations are briefly mentioned. In the practical part of the work, the densities of the titanium atom and ion states, which belongs to the multiples containing the ground state, were measured by a CRDS system in the magnetron discharge for sputtering of thin films. A tunable dye laser was used as a radiation source in the system. The data obtained from the measurements were processed, evaluated and the concentrations of the particle states were calculated. The dependences of these concentration on the discharge power were plotted. The results of this work will be used in further research in the field of the magnetron sputtering.
