Abstract:

Tato práce komentuje výsledky detailní ab initio studie interakcí mezi sklonovou Σ5(210) hranicí zrn (GB), nečistotami X (X = Al, Si) a vakancemi (Va) ve feromagnetickém fcc (face centered cubic – plošně centrovaná kubická mřížka) niklu, které byly publikované v článku Mazalová, M. et al. "The effect of vacancies on grain boundary segregation in ferromagnetic fcc Ni" (Mazalová, M. et al. Nanomaterials 10, 691 (2020)). Kromě toho tato disertační práce komentuje publikovanou komplexní studii "On the constitution and thermodynamic modeling of the phase diagrams Nb-Mn and Ta-Mn" (Yan, X. et al. Journal of Alloys and Compounds, 865, 158715 (2021)) a rozšiřuje ji o nepublikované ab initio výsledky eta fází obsahujících Mn.

Abstract:

This thesis comments on the results of the detailed ab initio study of interactions between the tilt Σ5(210) Grain Boundary (GB), impurities X (X = Al, Si) and vacancies (Va) in ferromagnetic fcc (face centered cubic) nickel published in the article Mazalo-vá, M. et al. "The effect of vacancies on grain boundary segregation in ferromag-netic fcc Ni" (Mazalová, M. et al. Nanomaterials 10, 691 (2020)). In addition to that, this thesis comments on the published comprehensive study "On the constitution and thermodynamic modeling of the phase diagrams Nb-Mn and Ta-Mn" (Yan, X. et al. Journal of Alloys and Compounds, 865, 158715 (2021)) and extends it by a presentation of unpublished ab initio results of Mn-based eta phases.
