Health Promotion in the Vysocina Region under the Health 21 Programme

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám podporou zdraví na Vysočině. V úvodní kapitole charakterizuji pojmy zdraví, zdravotní gramotnost a zdravotní politika. V následující části se věnuji Světové zdravotnické organizaci, programu Zdraví pro 21. století a jeho realizaci v ČR. Poté jsou zde kapitoly popisující obecně podporu zdraví, Národní program zdraví a Státní zdravotní ústav. V praktické části na úvod stručně charakterizuji kraj Vysočina a zdravotní stav obyvatelstva v tomto kraji, protože z něj vychází realizace programu Zdraví 21 na Vysočině, kterou následně popisuji společně s organizací podpory zdraví v tomto kraji. V hlavní části se pak zabývám konkrétními projekty, které byly realizovány v kraji Vysočina v roce 2010 SZÚ DP Jihlava a o. s. Zdravá Vysočina. Na závěr zmiňuji dotazníkovou studii HELEN, která probíhá v rámci monitoringu zdravotního stavu obyvatelstva. V přílohách jsou poté uvedeny cenné materiály k těmto projektům, z nichž některé se dají využít v pedagogické praxi. Práce je zpracována metodou literární rešerše na základě získaných pramenů, které jsou uvedeny v seznamu literatury na konci práce.

Abstract:

In my thesis, I deal with ways of health support in the Vysočina Region. The introductory chapter describes the concepts of health, health literacy and health policy. The following section is dedicated to the World Health Organization's Health for the 21st century programme and its implementation in the Czech Republic. Then there are chapters describing the general health promotion, National Health Program and the National Health Institute. The practical part of the introduction briefly describes the region and its population's health condition because it is based on the implementation of the Health 21 programme in Vysočina. The chapter describes the organization, together with health promotion in this region. The main part is concerned with specific projects that were implemented in the Vysočina Region in 2010 National Health Institute - Dislocated department Jihlava and Healthy Vysocina Civic Association. Finally, I mention a questionnaire study of HELEN, who are monitoring the health of the population. The attachement then provide valuable materials for these projects, some of which can be used in educational practice. Work was compiled using literature research on the basis of sources which are listed at the end of work.
