V této práci byla zkoumána genetická struktura populace prasete divokého v určených lokalitách ČR. Mikrosatelitní analýza proběhla za použití 12 mikrosatelitních sekvencí s celkovým počtem 134 alel. Celkem bylo analyzováno 244 jedinců, kteří byli rozděleni podle lokalit do 24 subpopulací. Průměrný polymorfní informační obsah pro populaci prasete divokého v ČR byl odhadnut na 0,7014. Abstract:
In this work, I studied the genetic structure of the wild boar (Sus scrofa) populations in different areas of the Czech Republic. Microsatellite analysis used in this work employed 12 different microsatellite sequences and accounted for the total of 134 alleles.
