Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky jednotlivých autorů o podnikové kultuře a analyzuje podnikovou kulturu společnosti ZFP GROUP. Na základě stanovení hypotéz a dotazníkového šetření, individuálních rozhovorů, pozorování, vyhodnocení některých vnitřních dokumentů byly rozpoznány silné a slabé stránky podnikové kultury včetně jejich nedostatků. This thesis is summarizes teoretical knowledge of the individual autor´s about corporate culture and analyzes corporate culture of ZFP GROUP It´s a based on the the hypothesis and the questionnaire survey, individual interviews, observation, evaluation of certain internal documents where was identified strengths and weaknesses of the corporate culture, including their shortcomings.
