Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou práce nadčas, nočnej práce a pracovnej pohotovosti. Práca je rozdelená do šiestich kapitol. Prvá pojednáva o zadefinovaní pojmu pracovný čas a to z dôvodu, aby sme mohli lepšie vpadnúť do samotnej podstaty témy našej záverečnej práce.
