Tématem bakalářské práce jsou inhibitory angiogeneze v terapii nádorových onemocnění. První část práce se zaměřuje na pojem angiogeneze a nádorová angiogeneze. Podává přehled o angiogenních a antiangiogenních faktorech a o mechanismech nádorové angiogeneze. The topic of the bachelor thesis is angiogenesis inhibitors in cancer treatment. The first part of the thesis focuses on the concept of angiogenesis and tumor angiogenesis. It provides an overview of angiogenic and antiangiogenic factors and mechanisms of tumor angiogenesis.
