Bakalářská práce se zabývá navržením dopravního zabezpečení evakuace při zvláštní povodni pomocí síťové analýzy systému GIS. V první části je vysvětlen pojem evakuace, dále je definována povodeň, struktura a obsah povodňových plánů a zákony, které upravují základní pojmy. The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of traffic security for evacuation during a special flood using network analysis of the GIS system.
