Print-Trough on the thin printing papers

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo vyhodnocení prorážení tiskové barvy na tenkých tiskových papí-rech v závislosti na množství přenesené barvy. Konkrétně bylo prorážení tiskových barev testováno na 3 druzích bezdřevých nenatíraných tenkých tiskových papírů, o plošné hmot-nosti 50 g/m2, dodaných OP papírnou. Součástí experimentální části je stanovení drsnosti papíru za účelem stanovení sítové a lícové strany papíru, stanovení opacity papírů, měření optické hustoty za účelem stanovení přenosových křivek pro jednotlivé papíry a barvy a stanovení prorážení tiskové barvy.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was the evaluate print-through colour on the thin printing papers depending on the amount of transferred colour. In particular, print-through was tested on 3 types of uncoated woodfree thin printing papers that have gramage 50 g/m2, supplied by OP papírna. The determinig roughness of the paper to determine wire and obverse side of paper, the determining opacity of paper, measurement of density to determine transfer curves for the papers and inks, and the determining print-through are in the experimental part.
