Children's group as a possible alternative of pre-school education

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o předškolním vzdělávání a zaměřuje se především na Dětské skupiny. Popisuje formy předškolního zařízení, podoby výuky a péče o děti a podmínky související s provozem těchto zařízení. Teoretická část obsahuje obecný výklad fungování předškolního zařízení, kritéria na vzdělávání personálu, vedení těchto zařízení a naplňování výchovně vzdělávacích plánů. Praktická část se zaměří na podrobnosti a odlišnosti organizace a předškolního vzdělávání z několika hledisek. Například demografické hledisko určuje poptávku po tomto typu vzdělávání v jednotlivých krajích. Rozdíly v počtu Dětských skupin v jednotlivých krajích zjišťuje hledisko geografické. Je zde zahrnuta i problematika genderu v předškolních zařízeních, kterou zkoumá hledisko kulturní. Posledním sledujícím hlediskem je to ekonomické, kde je znázorněn vliv trhu práce na počet na velikost Dětských skupin.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with pre-primary education, focused on the Children´s Groups. It discusses various types of pre-primary educational facilities and forms of pre-school children care as well as conditions for operation of such facilities, particularly the Children´s Groups. The thesis contains a general explanation of the pre-preliminary educational facility operation and criteria for qualification of the personnel, management of such facilities and implementation of their educational plan. The practical section focuses on the analysis of the pre-school education, such as the Children´ Group, based on different aspects. The demographic aspect determines the demand for this type of education in individual regions of the Czech Republic. The geographic aspect shows the differences between the Children´s Groups in individual regions. The next is the cultural aspect describing the gender issues in the pre-preliminary facilities. Finally, there is the economic aspect that shows the effect of the job market on the size and number of Children´s Groups.
