Bakalářská práce se věnuje vzdělávání a podpoře dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných starších zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na dlouhodobě nezaměstnané, definuje nezaměstnanost a její typy. The bachelor thesis focuses on the education and support of long-term unemployed older workers. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the long-term unemployed, defines unemployment and its types.
